  1. A 50% deposit is mandatory for all services booked at WOW Medispa.
  2. Failure to show up without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
  3. Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period for their appointments; however, exceeding this limit may lead to the cancellation of appointment and loss of the deposit.
  4. There is a cancellation fee of $25.00 for any cancellations made outside the 48-hour window before the scheduled appointment.
